From helping me crack the eggs, to all three little hands being on the mixer as we blended the batter, Brooks and our sweet friends Brinklee and Bryndee were such great helpers today in the kitchen. We made easy-peasy, from a box, spice cupcakes. And while the cupcakes were baking, we danced to this song. I'll be honest and say that the dance moves we were busting out were pretty brilliant. ;) While the dance party continued I whipped up some cream cheese frosting, using my Mom's recipe, frosted our cupcakes, then the Littles topped them with "diamond" sprinkles.
I don't know what were sweeter, the little kids or the cupcakes.
Let's call it a draw.

The final photo is a classic! I love the baking process but there is something utterly scrummy about the eating part too.Rx

too cute for words. your little boy is so adorable, and his curly hair gets me every time! i love how the kids just devour the cupcakes like there was no tomorrow!

Have I read about spice cupcakes on your blog once before? I think I have if I'm not mistaken...because spice cupcakes always sound SO SO SO GOOD. I need to make some!
