Christmas Photo Booth Props

Thanks for all the sweet words about our Christmas Card photo shoot. :) It really was so fun! I had a few people ask me if I used stencils to create the photo booth props...I sketched them out myself, but a few of the pieces were absolutely inspired from this Etsy shop. And the cotton ball "snow" idea came from this photo. I pinned both ideas on Pinterest, and I've got to say it was fun to see one of the many projects I've pinned come to life. :)

That holiday photo prop kit on Etsy was decently priced, so go there if you're interested! :) But if you want to create the pieces yourself, I thought I'd share the stencils I made. They're on 8x11" pieces of paper...so you could insert the pictures to a Word document, then print, and cut. I used my stencils to trace and then cut from Colorbök scrapbook paper I got at Walmart, but you should be able get at any craft store (the patterned paper was thin and needed to be double-layered with card stock). The mistletoe, Santa hat, and elf hat all have multiple pieces that you can just use a glue stick to stick together.  Then I added the final touch by hot glueing sturdy kabob skewers to the props. And voilà! You've got festive photo booth fun.  :) Perfect for getting extra-cheery Christmas card photos, or great for a photo booth at a Holiday party, be it for family and friends or co-workers at a company party!

I always read your posts, but comment very little (sorry about that). But I actually wanted to come and tell you that I cannot believe how big Ava has gotten!

And she looks just like her daddy!
