bits and pieces of our babe's nursery

I loved adding the last few finishing touches to our babe's room this morning :)

And do you want to know what my favorite part is??
Those teeny-tiny diapers that are ready to cover a teeny-tiny bum :)

A couple aspects of the room were inspired by pinterest...the "Sunshine" prints idea from here and here, and the "I Am a Child of God" print idea from here. I really enjoyed using picnik.com to recreate them! And because I'm personally a big fan of free printables, I couldn't help but share...

They're all cropped to an 8x10" size...if you like, just click, save, and order from wherever you get your photos printed :) Heads up though, if you print at Costco, right before you check-out, make sure to edit the "print options" and check the box that says "Do not AutoCorrect my prints"...otherwise some of the colors will come out distorted.

I'm linking this up over at WhipperBerry :) Go see what others are sharing!

Spiritual Health:
Read Moroni 10 with Adam this morning...incredible chapter that alway gives me a little boost.
Verse 18 is one of my favorites: "And I would exhort you, my beloved brethren, that ye remember that every good gift cometh of Christ." I'm so grateful for His gifts, both spiritual and physical.

today.

Today Adam, Brooks, and I got to video chat on gmail with my sweet parents.
Oh how I miss them!!

It was great for them to be able to see and talk to Brooks :) He's feeling under the weather, but they got him to smile quite a few times...I know he loves his Grandma and Grandpa Stum!
And my mom has told me about his, but they were able to talk with Adam about how they have been biking maniacs lately!! They're training for a LONG bikeride they're doing together in August...camping out along the way and everything. They've become the ultimate biking nerds and they're proud of it :) They have matching reflective jackets, backpacks and side satchels (my mom rides her bike to the grocery store sometimes:), and even the little mirrors that clip onto their helmets. Goodness I love them.

And my sweet parents are the epitome of this quote:
I found this quote on pinterest...and I absolutely love it. I made me own print of it on picnik.com :)
It speaks a simple message full of truth.
So this week I'm going to make a goal to be better at truly going out of my way to do good every day.
