Christmas time at the Kjars

We were a little slow on getting our Christmas tree and holiday decor up...but better late than never! (that applies a little bit too much in my life sometimes;)

The last couple days I've been adding some Christmas-y touches to our humble abode...but I think I'll be adding more as the month goes on. (there are so many neat homemade creations I see on [many of your] blogs I want to try!) And finally, last night for Family Home Evening, we decorated our tree. Brooks went to bed early cause he's a bit under the weather (poor little guy) so it was just Adam and I. It was sweet being just the two of us...but in the back of my head I was excited thinking of our future when our little kids will be decorating with us. :)

I have yet to string popcorn togehter, but from the sounds of it, this is a timely project?!?

we have a giant puppy on our hands and some remodeling going on in our house so we decided to hold off for the holiday decor until next year :( sad, but at least i get to enjoy seeing everyone elses...yours is fab!!

I love everything! But my favorite thing is your lovely paper fan bunting. On the 13th WhipperBerry is hosting a linky party, and I would love it if you would link that up so we can share it to the world!

Kisses!

Haley, all of your decorations are beautiful--so simple, yet lovely. And, hello, your little boy is one of the cutest kids I've ever seen!

I've tried to play around with my blog to see if there's a way that people can follow it. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't know how to figure it out! Any suggestions??
