2 days with 2 boys under 2

I was lucky enough to spend my Monday and Tuesday with those two adorable guys :)
Wesley, our nephew and Brooks' cousin, is an ever-smiley, 6-month old, crawler who kept me busy, gave me snuggles, and got me excited to see Brooks be an older brother! There was plenty of sweet play between them, along with plenty of opportunities to encourage Brooks to share ;)

It was great to have Jamie, my brother's beautiful wife, here with us while she worked on business. Thanks for letting us enjoy your sweet Wesley!

Spiritual Health:
Read "Recognizing God's Hand in Our Daily Blessings" by Elder D. Todd Christoffersen
Definitely needed the reminder that each day is mine to start fresh, to express my gratitude to God, and to ask for His assistance in my life. And I loved how he related the Israelites escaping Egypt and being blessed by manna to our day:
"By providing daily sustenance one day at a time, Jehovah was trying to teach faith to a nation that over a period of 400 years had lost much of the faith of their fathers. He was teaching them to trust Him. In essence, the children of Israel had to walk with Him each day and trust that He would grant a sufficient amount of food for the next day on the next day and so on. In that way He could never be too far from their minds and hearts."

What a fun time! It looks like Brooks is going to have being a big brother down pat by time the new little one comes along!

PS: I love that you add the spiritual heath part at the bottom still! Beautiful.

A little taste of the good life with two kids, eh? ;) You are proably doing yourself a favor by getting a little practice in. Brooks will no doubt have PLENTY of opportunities to learn his sharing-- it's still an in-process concept around our house.Oh, and YOU look FAB!

Sweet sweet babies!! What a wonderful way for little Brooks to "practice" having a "little-er" one around. :) And what a cutie little Wesley is. Love all the sweet baby smiles, and all the cute photos....two babes in a basket is my most favorite!
